Local and Long Distance Network Design and Implementation
We have designed over 500 local and long distance networks for our clients nationwide. We offer clients cost savings alternatives by negotiating short term and long-term contracts.
We implement networks by working directly with the vendors. We ensure that all facilities are installed properly and all local lines are properly PIC’d to the appropriate carrier.
After the implementation of our network design projects, we conduct a follow-up report to ensure that all recommendations have been properly implemented and the projected savings have been achieved.
Review and detail analysis of a variety of telecommunications bills
RTP has worked extensively with AT&T/SBC, Sprint, Verizon/MCI and other local and long distance companies.
RTP has identified numerous instances where our clients were being overbilled for telecommunications services, such as the local telephone company’s trunk charges and discounts not being properly calculated under the local telephone company or the long distance carrier’s contracts.
PBX Design, Selection and Implementation
RTP has assisted a large number of California clients in design and selection decisions in the purchase of their PBX systems. In addition, we have assisted clients in the implementation of these systems by directly interfacing with the selected vendors. We are aware of the standard features and as well as new developments in the PBX industry and have expertise in identifying the correct match between the features offered by the PBX and the customer business environment.
Telecommunications Services RFP Preparation
We have a great level of expertise in preparing RFPs for PBX procurement and local/long distance services. We assist clients in preparing network services RFPs that resulted in signing cost reducing contracts with local and long distance providers.
